Organizing national, regional and international capacity-building activities in collaboration with Centres of Excellence / partner organizations.5. Facilitating students/researchers from COMSATS Member Countries to avail scholarship/fellowship opportunities offered by COMSATS Centres of Excellence/partner organizations.6. Preparing meeting’s schedule, talking points & agendas, minutes, and reports as well as drafting Executive Director’s speeches for workshops, seminars, and other events.7. Providing assistance to the preparation of the annual report, newsletters, web entries and press releases.8. Travel arrangements for experts/participants during their participation in the capacity-building activities in COMSATS Member Countries.9. Conducting research and analysis on various topics, including policy issues, procedures, and organizational performance, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.10. Contributing to strategic planning processes by providing input, conducting analysis, and assisting in the development of strategic objectives and initiatives.11. Contributing to ongoing efforts to improve organizational processes, efficiency, and effectiveness through innovation and best practices.

Organizing and facilitating meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring necessary materials are available3. Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents such as Newsletter, Annual Reports, and presentations.4. Drafting Executive Director’s speeches, policy interventions, Social media posts.5. Serving as a point of contact between ED office and other departments, as well as external stakeholders.6. Assisting in managing programmes and initiatives as directed by the Executive Director7. Performing duties including protocol/focal person for international delegates.8. Aiding in the creation and refinement of written communications and materials for external stakeholders.9. Coordinating the ED's outreach efforts and nurture ongoing relationships with Centres of Excellence and International Partner Organizations.10. Maintaining data, records, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.11. Identifying challenges and issues within the organization, propose solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to address them effectively.12. Performing basic departmental tasks.
