REPORTING TO SCM DIRECTOR & MANAGER: - TPI is the largest U.S.-based independent manufacturer of composite wind blades for the high-growth wind energy market supporting global wind turbine manufacturers. They are supplied to VESTAS, NORDEX etc. Indirect Purchase Engineer – Service To maintain all Purchase order as per the contract agreements & negotiate with vendor for as per the terms & conditions. To monitoring all the MHE’s like Forklifts, Crane, Man lift,etc. To Manage all other service sector like, Canteen, Bus, Courier, Manpower support & facility management services, IT services, waste management service. Making Purchase order, tracking invoice details, check the GRN reports & Inventory of Materials and sort out respective user department service-related problems.  Direct Purchase Engineer – Materials To negotiate with vendor for best competitive price & releasing order, check the BOM quantity as per the production support, procuring blade related materials like glass material, core material, consumables, hardware, etc.

REPORTING TO AGM MATERIALS: - Thejo Engineering Ltd is manufacturing of Rubber & Rubberized products based on the process of compression mold. They are supplied to JSW, TATA mining process, Kerala mineral system, Rhino wear protection system, Ceraline wear production. Purchase / procurement Receiving purchase request from planning against sales order. We are discussion with costing & engineering team to purchasing mold & fabricated items from vendor. To further procure MS plate & sheet, SS plate, Aluminum bar & extrusion, Hard-ox plates, P20, En8, En 24. To sort out the Drawing issues for vendor, analyzing requirements and negotiating with the supplier best possible supply terms and pricing. To expediting material from the vendor on the committed date. Directing the sub-ordinates to raise purchase orders on the name of the vendors. Monitoring the prompt receipt of material and their conformance with the quality parameters. Reviewed suppliers for quality, cost, and responsiveness, making changes where necessary to create a more streamlined process for the company.

Reporting to proprietor: - Receiving POR from planning to procurement of materials and obtaining quotation, negotiation with vendor and release of the purchase orders & follow up receipt of material. Regular auditing during the process and reducing rejection at supplier end.
