I was brought on to the FORGE program to guide all aspects of systems implementation. Improve concept development by providing engineering guidance on all areas of System Engineering (SE) from requirements, ICD, DDD, and IDD development, along with updating Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Facilitate Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and Critical Design Reviews (CDRs) for quality assurance. I support and brief during multiple SRRs, PDR, CDR, and RFI as part of the ongoing FORGE development. I also worked toward adapting the Agile construct to increase efficiency among the team and daily operations. • Strategic-Focused Leadership: I led a small team and successfully identified critical areas that required urgent attention to overcome SE shortcomings. These areas encompassed requirement traceability, MBSE development and utilization, lack of FORGE OPSCON, essential SME development, software delivery, system integration, and suboptimal interaction with crucial leadership at various levels.• MBSE Vision: Develop a new vision for FORGE and MBSE implementation in moving towards a model-driven design vs. a series of continual document refreshes that often lagged behind the ever-evolving architecture. Implemented transition from SPARX to Cameo, established training for my team to include system overview, and worked to implement new ways to deliver content at multiple levels.• DevSecOps / SW Integration: Developed new DevSecOps with contractors and the CM team. Working to establish new standards Leading to greater future sustainment and development capabilities for FORGE.

I have conducted technical demonstrations for LB and new ground concepts. Participate in verification and validation activities and troubleshooting complex technical and non-technical problems/devices throughout the system lifecycle. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executive officials, military officers, development contractors, and end users. Delivered expert technical advice to perpetuate flow (organization, delivery, and retrieval) of vital training information to USF-I customers. Capitalized on existing IT technologies and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint) for data management and retrieval of critical data over NIPR. Established a unique environment permitting oversight and interfacing in developing a new organization to replace USF-I with a new OSF-I group.
