Lead all aspects of talent acquisition and development, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring/onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation analysis, and support with employee relations.

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy; act as liaison to external recruiting partners; and conduct full cycle recruitment.• Partner with the COO to conduct compensation studies, develop salary ranges, and create a compensation strategy. • Manage learning and development strategies, platforms, and training.• Triage, resolve, and investigate employee relations issues.• Lead sub-culture committee and participate in the larger Culture Committee.

• Triage leave of absence, workers compensation, and ADA/Accommodation related tickets and provide self-service resources • Assist employees, managers, and HR Business Partners with escalated questions/concerns • Audit LOA and interface reports to verify employee leave details in Workday HRIS and third party Leave Administrator• Complete EDD forms and wage statement requests

• Implement, maintain, and train on new ATS/HRIS/Payroll systems and processes • Assign, track, and maintain surveys, staff evaluations, compensations, and other records • Lead payroll and full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews • Act as liaison for benefits administration, COBRA, and FMLA/FFRCA leave • Initial point of contact for employee HR questions and concerns• Partner with executive team and managers on compliance management • Assist with DEI initiatives, employee engagement and retention efforts • Perform Finance and HR reporting, audits, and EDD and employment verification • Chair Talent and Culture Committee
