I hold almost 30 years of experience in the utility industry with proven communication skills working with various individuals and business units to achieve common goals. I have directly managed large workgroups located in various operations zones and have developed a solid and trusting relationship with union membership. Currently, I manage 25+ employees in our Electrical and Gas Engineering departments along with our Electrical Standards organization that are all cohesively responsible for the safe and reliable operation of our electrical and natural gas systems. I have extensive knowledge and experience in Project Managing gas, distribution electric, and electric substation projects. In addition, I have extensive working knowledge of budgeting and basic accounting through my various roles. I also hold a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Demonstrated below are a few of my recent accomplishments:● Facilitated the execution of a natural gas gate station near Mayville, WI that will provide needed natural gas support to Wisconsin's northern area inner-city natural gas loop system. This additional gas support also provides an avenue of customer and economic growth in the area.● Led engineering support of a 12-mile pipeline in Wisconsin's northwest territory. This pipeline opens up the territory for future economic development and customer growth.● Successfully managed a $17 million 15-mile steel gas main project that provided natural gas service to various communities and large industrial customers from New Lisbon to Oakdale. Project went in-service on time and came in $1 million under budget.● Reduced overall cost of $1.7m on an approx. $5m gas pipeline project by leveraging my knowledge of pipeline construction costs which guided me to re-quote the project resulting in financial savings.
