The creation of a new building is a multi-faceted process meant to result in a profitable investment for its owners. But getting from that first idea to the completed project can be a long and challenging road full of myriad decisions along the way. That’s where I come in! Being the Project Manager and Owner’s Representative means being the center-post and team leader for the development team – the architects, contractor, engineers and other consultants – ensuring that their work remains in balance with the goals of the owners. My career has been focused primarily on neighborhood mixed-use developments, although different projects have exposed me to a wide range of product types over time.My background includes nearly twenty years of banking, so I consider each project through the eyes of both design and construction but also finance and marketing. I revel in a project’s details, but also enjoy the “big picture”. The successful integration of these elements will mean the creation of a building that is a meaningful addition to a neighborhood.
