• Seek potential industrial developers for cooperation.
• Generate leads by researching the market trends and networking.
• Support industrial developers to find prospective foreign investors to lease properties and/or joint venture.
• Support foreign businesses in finding the best-fit industrial properties in the North and Central of Vietnam for their manufacturing, assembly or logistics activities.

Hanoi

• Be the contact point between domestic real estate developers and foreign investors.
• Use valuation models to determine the operating commercial assets' values and potential investment returns for investors.
• Compile investment teasers and investment memorandums.

• Accompany Tetra Pak Sweden project managers to the factory, wholesalers and retailers of Vinasoy.
• Assist the project managers in communicating with Vinasoy's managers and employees.
• Represent Tetra Pak to liaise with Vinasoy's wholesalers and retailers in Ha Noi.
