Dennis Gray leads Backyard Brands – a next generation recreational water care sciences company – as founder and president. Backyard Brands markets its Dazzle Curated Water Care Brands, including MINERALUXE, DAZZLE, PRISTIVA and DRYDEN AQUA technologies exclusively throughout Canada, and recently began doing so with top professional backyard leisure specialists throughout the United States. Our focus: designing, producing, and marketing high performance recreational water care systems: “Inspired by Nature – Improved with Science and Fit for Purpose.” Dennis has more than 48 years of experience in developing and marketing water care technologies for swimming pools, swim spas, and hot tubs. In early 1973, Dennis began his career in a production position at BioLab Inc. and eventually became the CASUK (International) Group President for BioLab, overseeing its international group of companies in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. At Backyard Brands our focus is on using our fusion science and emerging biotechnology platforms to create higher performing, healthier, more natural water care systems. Our passion is helping our channel partners, or family-owned dealers, to run higher performing businesses that benefit all the business stakeholders. Dennis is an honours business graduate from Ryerson University as well as a graduate of the Western University/Ivey School of Business Executive program, and he has further business studies at University of Toronto. He is an internationally certified consultant in the Theory of Constraints, a certified behavioral analyst, and a past member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.
