In January, 2018 I took a new position as Interior Design Specialist for the U.S. Dept. of Transportation and in March, 2018 we officially closed Innospace, Inc after 26+ years. In my new position, I'm responsible for all furniture design projects within the DOT headquarters, oversee the furniture procurement within the headquarters and field offices, set furniture standards and develop new CADD standards. My 30+ years of furniture, architecture and CAD experience have helped me establish myself as subject matter expert in the furniture industry, space planning and CADD usage.

Worked as a part-time contractor for the U.S. Department of Transportation as a Space Management Specialist. I assisted the Facilities Management team with space planning, furniture layouts, developing new furniture staandards, finish selections and base building/existing drawing updates.

Innospace, Inc. specializes in space planning and the specification of office furniture. We've been in business for over 25 years and have completed over 3,300 projects, both commercial and government. Our scope of work includes field measurement, inventory of existing furniture, programming, space planning, and final installation packages. We also develop bid packages for end users.As one of the owners of Innospace, I am responsible for day to day operations and am involved in much of the design as well. Having over 30 years of CADD experience, I am responsible for creating CADD standards, maintaining our system and am heavily involved in training.

Responsible for the training of architects and scheduling of CAD systems.

I was responsible for training and scheduling of the interior design staff on our CADD system. I also was instrumental in developing procedures and helped to determine software capabilities.While working at WBDC, I worked on many large projects including the Steelcase Corporate Development Center.
