Oversee and promote a variety of youth after school programs in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Responsibilities include: program instructor, flyer distribution, social media marketing coordinator, and corporate liaison; hiring and training instructors, delivery drivers, and event staff; recruiting and coordinating with program and event facilities; regional event coordinator; corporate accounting liaison for instructor payroll, instructor online and physical class reports, merchandise and sales; local parent/student information and support representative.

This position started as an internship and I was then asked to join the Gallery Z staff. Since my initial involvement in the company we have opened a second location, of which I am now the full-time manager. I work with a collection of over five thousand fine art works and a large selection of smaller gifts and jewelry. I run special events and monthly gallery openings, and I oversee a group of employees, including a running selection of interns at both a high school and college level. Along with installing and altering featured exhibitions and rotating the works on display from our collection, I also send weekly email news letters, create flyers and promotional devices, develop and initiate new marketing techniques, maintain the gallery's physical presence, promote and assist with the use of our mobile art gallery- MOBY, and work with customers in a variety of platforms to ensure they have the best service while working with us. My most recent venture within the gallery has been the creation of a new completely virtual art gallery (www.armenianartgalleryz.com) featuring the works from our Armenian artists, which I have designed, developed, and promoted independently for the Gallery.

In this position I am responsible for managing multiple social media pages and conduct giveaways and contests for the event attendants, contact and recruit potential vendors and sponsors, and I assist the director with various tasks to manage, coordinate, and execute a three day expo that reaches over 8,000 people.

This is a semester based job in which I am the student employee for the art and art history department. Daily I answer phone calls, respond to emails, deliver interdepartmental mail, create flyers and promotional material, and work with professors to assist them with their courses. I sometimes work with the campus art gallery on show promotion and gallery maintenance.

This is a very competitive sales position, so sales is my main priority. I also stock product, act as barista, complete general maintenance, close the store, and assist our customers.

For a semester I worked with an art history professor to teach an introduction to art history course to 250 students. I was in charge of managing our Sakai student account, imputing grade data, conducting and grading exams, answering student questions and emails, and maintaing order in such a large lecture.

I was trained in every department at TJ Maxx including cashier, fitting room, floor sales, jewelry,restocking, markdowns, and lawaway. I would often close and open the store, as well as midday shifts.
