• Part of a pioneer WFM Team responsible for building the Workforce Management Function supporting the Services Delivery Organization of Yondu Inc.• Involved in transformation activities such as WFM process reviews and documentations, identification of operational gaps and propose solutions based on findings • Collaborate with the assigned Business Analyst and Developers by providing end-user requirements for the WFM Tool being developed internally.• Act as First level of escalation on Workforce Management issues and will be in charge until issue resolution. Escalate to Workforce Manager for more complex issues or resource conflicts.• Represent the Workforce Management Team and provide status updates and reports to Program Directors, VPs and CTO during monthly alignment meeting with the Leadership Team, providing them with important WFM insights critical for making sound management decisions. • Serves as main Workforce Management POC for a key client within Yondu Inc. taking staffing requests from Project Managers and/or Business Development Managers for their current and upcoming opportunities, making sure that the right resources will be deployed at the right time.• Demand and supply forecasting and matching of available resources for current and upcoming demands in the pipeline.• POC for resources on bench for all bench related activities. • Collaborate with different functional teams within the organization and be kept updated on necessary developments that will in turn have an impact on WFM.

• Serve as a Resource Manager for ERP and SCM (core Infor products) resources for APAC Region; managing the utilization of consultants from Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia• Taking staffing requests from Demand Planners, Project Managers and Resource Managers from other regions thru different collaboration tools and Infor Polaris.• Conducting resume/skills searches to identify potential resources options based on client specific needs, resource availability, skills requirement, budget level, and geographical location• Proposing identified and qualified resource options to project manager and/or practice lead for approval and final confirmation• Monitoring of the team's utilization and ensuring that individuals will meet their quarterly utilization targets• Working with project managers, practice leads, and other Resource Managers to identify potential engagement for under-utilized/ bench resources• Responsible in maintaining the accuracy of all project bookings in the system to ensure that data is accurate and reliable• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of Resource Management Reports driven from the Resource Management System• Review Scheduled vs Actuals report and ensure that variance is within acceptable range and forecast is as close as possible to the actual utilization.

• Driving Resource Management decisions aligned with LDSM processes and ABS Labor Strategy and escalates issues when deemed appropriate • Exhausting all internal sourcing options within ES in accordance with Labor Strategy guidelines before triggering external capacity change processes • Supporting internal resource searches for demand fulfillment for one or more Delivery Manager Organizations in their business area in alignment with Labor Strategy • Timely review and action of labor demand requests when support ratios are within best practice standards. • Managing the Labor Availability Management process (Bench Management) and escalates as necessary. • Works with the account team to ensure supply and demand processes are followed by Project Managers and Delivery Managers • Works together with Talent Acquisition team in an effort to drive efficient sourcing processes, support policy compliance, and enable communications • Supports an efficient demand fulfillment process and verifies availability of resources and soft books/commits resources to demand signal and ensures correct resource assignment status. • Monitors RM reports to track resources, demand, trends and issues. • Drives correct utilization of resources including suggesting re-allocations or challenging proposed resource locations or resource levels as applicable and escalates when necessary.
