I am always enthusiastic in seeking and pursuing new Real Estate concepts and opportunities. I started my career in the ‘90s in Elliniki Technodomiki group (nowadays Group Ellaktor www.ellaktor.com), the largest and most diversified Greek construction group, where I gained very important experience in a wide range of fields by participating in technically demanding projects (such as Evripos Cable Stayed Bridge, NSA Souda Bay Base expansion, Office buildings, High End Residencies etc), in Real Estate Development projects as well as in a major reengineering process that was conducted at that time in the group. In 1999, I decided to concentrate in High End Real Estate Boutique Developments. Since then, I created residential and office high end developments through collaboration with top Architects in Greece. In 2007, I joined forces with ISV Architects (www.isv.gr) thus creating ISV+B Development S.A., renamed to BLUE Development S.A. in 2018, a Real Estate Development and Project Management Company, well established at the top of the Greek Residential Real Estate market in terms of quality and aesthetics with important projects in its portfolio like Oyster Smartflats ( www.bluedevelopment.gr/oyster ). The same scheme had an international presence with participation in residential projects abroad.In 2013, I founded BLUE Development in order to meet the high demand in the housing market in Algeria and the lack of professional Project Management. BLUE Development introduced in the country an innovative Precast Concrete System that improved the quality and development speed of affordable housing projects and was shortlisted for housing projects of 2.000 apartments.In 2018 BLUE Development, fully owned by myself, established a new venture in partnership with private investors
