Senior Compensation Analyst
CurrentResponsible for the accurate and timely administration of but not limited to the following compensation programs: Tiered cash collections, wRVU, “GAP” contracts (practice group or individual), New Patient (practice group or individual), Net cash collection targetProvide compensation analytical support and incentive modeling for new and existing physiciansCreate new templates alongside with policy and procedures to ensure data gathering efficiency for Incentives, Budgeting/Forecasting, New and Existing physician contracts, HMS physicians, FTE/Salary changes and HRIS reports.Collect data and reports from various departments and Directors to ensure accurate incentive payout such as wRVU, GAP Analysis, New Patients, Specified Goals (Specialist only) and NCC Tier incentivesManage over 21 million dollars in bonus compensation for both on and off-cycle incentives.
