I am an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, USA. As an expert in deep learning applications, I collaborate with researchers in a broad range of disciplines. I have also received research funding from several sources including NASA and the US National Science Foundation. Recently, I have gotten interested in AI usage in teaching and learning and have started publishing in the area of computer science and education. In our department, I teach Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Interpretable Machine Learning, and Data Visualization to undergraduate and graduate students.
