I believe ' a little Engineer ' always lived in me since I was a kid. It was just my interest back then to explore and fix things - be it fixing our broken radio and amazed seeing circular magnet inside, fixing the old DVD player which often get's stuck :) or making innovative solutions (with a stick and spring from our old Sofa) to pick the ball from neighbor's home while playing cricket on our Terrace. This interest carried me through my education in Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation at GIET . And now, my interest has a title - Engineer and the problems which I solve also has a title - Business Problems. The interest for solving the problems has multiplied over time. Now I solve more complex problems leading a group of energetic team - ensuring performance of giant wind Turbines which had grown up rapidly from 200kW few years back to Now 8+MW size. In the process, I rediscovered my leadership abilities and helped developing new businesses for my Organization. It is a great feeling to interact with customers and solve business problems collaborating with different teams internally and externally. Every hard effort pays off when we add value to our customer and see them growing.Performance of Wind Turbine is a complex stuff but unfolded greatly over past few years using meteorological sensors and statistical Techniques. In the process, I found my new Love - interest for Data. I believe with correct techniques to interpret data, we can solve more complex problems more efficiently with todays computing power. This belief motivated me to earn my post graduation in Data science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin.So Now in Industry, this passion remains with me. There is certainly yet more to learn. yet more problems to solve and yet more to build.
