As Head of Legal EMEA, I collaborate with the SVP Legal and General Counsel to oversee global corporate, finance, and investment legal practices. In the EMEA region, I lead the commercial legal practice, serving as a resource for regional Legal Counsels and handling escalations across various legal matters.Key Contributions:- Partner with EMEA sales teams, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines to successfully close deals with customers and partners.- Specialize in drafting and negotiating agreements for enterprise cloud services/SaaS, license, and services transactions.- Provide oversight for regional verticals and special practice areas, including public sector and regulated industries, identified by the General Counsel.- Contribute to worldwide entity and regulatory management, offering senior-level advice on IP strategy, product development, distribution, and advanced licensing matters.- Develop transparent, efficient, and record-keeping processes for EMEA contractual activities at public company standards.- Anticipate issues, strategically estimate risks, and identify proactive solutions to eliminate or mitigate potential challenges.- Drive and establish efficient relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across the organization.My focus is on maintaining high standards of legal operations and systems to meet business and compliance targets within the EMEA Region.
