I, as a Deal Facilitator, am responsible for End-toEnd Bid Management by assisting bid teams on engagements across all IBM brands and lines of business in developing and delivering high quality and responsive proposals, solutions, and contracts and provide leadership, essential knowledge, support, and teaming to help sellers and opportunity owners through the bid and proposal management process using Value Driven Proposal techniques and knowledge of IBM and its organization and resources.As a Bid Manager, I operate as the bid management expert and support/lead the Bid Team in managing the process of developing the deal including a solution, price and offering document.Within the Bid Management process, I support an Opportunity Owner in identifying the required component processes for a specific deal, creating the necessary component evidences and managing the process to deliver a viable contract or proposal solution. Deliverables Management take part while supporting the sales team by developing and integrating content and creating a proposal and other client deliverables to the customer along with supporting the team in pricing a solution according to client requirements.

As a Back Office Manager, I was responsible for developing and maintaining the fundamental operational procedures and systems including overall management of operations team and office, along with ensuring the effectiveness of organization by implementing the organizational strategies and providing leadership. The operations generally included administration and human resources support.Duties and Responsibilities• Maintaining records of specific details relating to the customer complaints, inquiries, feedbacks, customer transactions and interactions.• Handling the administration work in an efficient manner.• Coordinating with various departments of an organization.• Managing and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of support services offered by HR, Finance, IT, through communication and coordination between business functions and support.• Managing and improving the operational processes, policies, and systems in support of the organization’s mission.• Supervising overall operational management, systems, controls and planning with the department general manager.• Contributing to long and short-term organizational planning which includes, initiatives geared for operational excellence.• Performing on-going thorough analysis of sales, promotion performance data and sales agreement.• Keeping record of all necessary details related to the organization like the organization’s purchase and sales transactions, reports and invoices, receipts etc.
