I am currently working as a Technical Project Manager for the "Digital Egypt Pioneers" initiative at Next Academy. My role involves planning and overseeing the work map, which includes managing trainers, trainees, and training locations across Egypt, such as Mansoura, Cairo, and Giza. I am responsible for training approximately 2,000 trainees in software programs, network systems, and data analysis. The government initiative aims to enable young people to work remotely and provide them with a source of income by training and employing them in this field.

I worked at Next from 2022 to 2023, where I supervised the organization of training courses and participated in coordinating government initiatives such as "Haya Karima" and digital transformation projects for employees in the Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Justice. My responsibilities included coordinating courses for court employees in areas like Data Analysis and Advanced Excel, as well as courses for state consultants in Power BI. I also collaborated with educational institutions like Modern Academy and BUE to provide courses for students, and coordinated training for employees of the judicial authority and the State Council in Excel, Word, and other software programs.

I worked at YAT as the Operations Team Lead, responsible for organizing and managing training course schedules and bookings for clients. My duties included coordinating and resolving technical support issues. I managed the Heliopolis branch, overseeing daily operations and coordinating activities. Additionally, I supervised government initiatives for employee training and monitored the implementation of the course booking management plan to enhance efficiency and achieve company objectives

I worked at Computek from 2017 to 2019, where I held various roles. I was responsible for managing and organizing training courses, including coordinating with trainers and scheduling the courses. Additionally, I provided technical support, addressing and resolving technical issues related to the courses and equipment. During my tenure, I also managed the branch, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow and achievement of branch goals.

I worked as an Operations Officer at Ardaman, where I was part of a team responsible for developing a system to connect the company's branches via a mobile application. My duties included implementing and managing the system to ensure seamless operations between different branches. I coordinated work among various teams and ensured the effectiveness of the system in improving remote communication and collaboration, which contributed to enhancing the company’s operational efficiency.

I worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Exeed for one year, where I was responsible for providing technical support and resolving technical issues for clients. This included troubleshooting and fixing technical problems, offering technical guidance to customers, and providing remote support for software and hardware issues. I effectively managed customer requests and ensured their satisfaction with the services provided. During my time there, I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, and gained in-depth technical knowledge that contributed to improving team performance and service efficiency.
