With a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from San Diego State University, I have a unique perspective on how to identify, nurture, and develop top talent. I have applied this knowledge and passion to my current role as a UR Operations Program Manager at GAF, where I oversee the end-to-end operations of the university relations and early career programs, including co-op, interns, career fairs, and rotation programs.Previously, I was the first Tech Early Talent Program Manager at Axos Bank, where I built the structure for the Technology Early Talent rotational programs and recruitment strategies, providing opportunities for future leaders. Also, I facilitated learning and development initiatives, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and supported talent acquisition operations. In addition, I am a strong advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and I strive to create a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and innovation in every organization I work with.
