Project management and Video Collaborations technician. In this role, I support over 25 collaboration rooms in Orlando, on a technical and administrative level, for our customer, Siemens. Responsibilities in this role include support to over 5000 users and room install, maintenance and training. This includes hardware and software refresh and implementation, in addition to troubleshooting and ongoing support.

This includes hardware and software refresh and implementation, in addition to training and ongoing support.

Orlando, Florida Area

I am responsible for IT break/fix tickets and am contracted to a large, multi-national corporation. The duties of the position include customer service and troubleshooting a variety of software and/or hardware issues in a timely manner.

Coordinated the transportation of company assets across a multitude of site locations. Kept a neat and orderly record of transactions throughout the day.

In this position, I was responsible for timely tracking of daily hours and charges, data analysis, and general administrative support. The data I organized and the reports I generated were used for productivity tracking and financial planning for the organization. I also assisted in analysis for manpower modeling as well as capacity planning for a group of over 100 employees. My input and analysis supported financial decisions on spending and Opportunity/Risk assessment as well as contributed to budgetary analysis for dozens of proposals and projects in any given week. My tasks included handling and working with sensitive and confidential information, such as budgetary and cost data of upwards of $5 million, of which I had been responsible and held accountable for. My proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Outlook has not only benefited me to complete my tasks, but increased throughout my time at this position. Additionally, I have some experience working with SAP and Microsoft Access.

My position as an office assistant at UCF further bolstered my administrative skills. This position successfully prepared me to work in an office environment, increased my communication abilities and interpersonal skills. I maintained a neat and organized work environment and experienced the importance of this to one’s productivity. This position also required confidentiality expertise, in that I had access to residents’ personal and sensitive information, of which I was required to keep secure through FERPA. In January of 2013, after only a few months in the office, I was promoted to Office Coordinator. My responsibilities expanded to include employee scheduling and shopping duties for the community. I was responsible for direct charges and gained valuable managerial experience as this role. The experience of successfully working in this position, along with an intern position at Siemens, all while maintaining a GPA over 3.5 has adequately shown that I am able to handle multiple projects and remain successful at them. I am adroit in the office environment and work effectively and positively with my peers and superiors.
