Additionally, I have some experience working with SAP and Microsoft Access.
Office Assistant
My position as an office assistant at UCF further bolstered my administrative skills. This position successfully prepared me to work in an office environment, increased my communication abilities and interpersonal skills. I maintained a neat and organized work environment and experienced the importance of this to one’s productivity. This position also required confidentiality expertise, in that I had access to residents’ personal and sensitive information, of which I was required to keep secure through FERPA. In January of 2013, after only a few months in the office, I was promoted to Office Coordinator. My responsibilities expanded to include employee scheduling and shopping duties for the community. I was responsible for direct charges and gained valuable managerial experience as this role. The experience of successfully working in this position, along with an intern position at Siemens, all while maintaining a GPA over 3.5 has adequately shown that I am able to handle multiple projects and remain successful at them. I am adroit in the office environment and work effectively and positively with my peers and superiors.
