Device strategies to counter competition and maximize market share in the Catchment area of the branch, by below the line activities and promotions. Provide support for new product launches, and champion new sales initiatives.> Report all accidents and incidents and bring to the attention of the management any hazard in the workplace.> As a manager you are also responsible for the health and safety aspects within your area of control.> You need to ensure that: • Your employees are adequately trained and supervised to perform their tasks in a safe manner and are free to raise any Health and safety issues and these issues are addressed appropriately. • The contractors working in your area or for you are working in a safe & healthy manner to participate in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities

Assisting Branch Manager in daily operations, issues handling related to customers and processes, generation of branch portfolio with Shariah.Compliance and compiling Sales MIS reports PBO wise performance monitoring.Maintaining a Sales team of PBO’S & portfolio of 2100 Million & Generate More than 200 Million NTB, including high net worth priority clients, salaried and others.To make appointments and frequently visits to cooperate and priority clients.To manage a Sales team of Personal Banker Officers and to lead them to achieve their monthly targets on daily, weekly basis.Customer’s KYC’s & Preparation of Daily Anti Money Laundering and accounts wise portfolio attrition report for Portfolio.To Cross Sell the cosumer products Like (Car Ijarah & Home Financing, Labbaik Umrah & Hajj) Of Meezan Bank.To Cross sell the any product of AMIM (Al-Meezan Investment Management).
