On The Rocks Tapas specializes in a wide range of bourbon. In addition to the bourbon OTR bartenders serve 20+ alcoholic specialty drinks, seasonal alcoholic drinks, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks such as pop, water, lemonades, etc.Taking on this role has provided insight to the food and beverage servicing industry, as well as strengthened my customer service skills, communication skills, teamwork skills, multitasking skills, and efficiency skills.

As a dance instructor at the YMCA of North Central Ohio Shelby branch, I am excited to be supporting young girls by helping them spark creativity through movement, boost their confidence, and create life long memories with friendships.During my time as a dancer I used dance to escape from the daily activities, be with friends, and learned to express myself in a different way. My instructors played a huge role in my love for dancing and I want to pass that forward to other young girls. Thus being a dance instructor will further help develop my creativity, my communication with others who may not be as experienced, time management with progressing through the routines in addition to balancing life outside of classes, and on a personal note being able to give back and be a positive influence.

As a gymnastics instructor at the YMCA of North-Central Ohio, the Shelby branch, it is my job to provide a thriving environment for young girls to set and achieve their athletic goals, while helping them define core values, and most importantly creating life long memories.Thus far as a gymnastics instructor, I have further developed my ability to learn and adapt quickly in a new environment. Including getting to know the group of co-instructors I work with, to taking on the new tasks and training that needs immediate implementation for the position and safety of the girls. I was/am brand new to the sport, so learning and applying what I learn was very imperative to the job.

I have played basketball for 15 years and it’s no exaggeration to say that this sport, my teammates, and my coaches have shaped me into the person I am today. I have developed skills as a leader, with communication, problem solving, teamwork, decision making, role delegation, hard work ethic, empathy, and so much more. By becoming a basketball coach at Shelby City Schools let’s be help young women in developing those skills for themselves connected through the game. I am very excited to be offered this position and am excited to learn more in a new role in the sport while being a positive role model in these young girls lives.

I help customers create a better and more attractive websites through keyword researching, editing or remaking their websites, as well as creating social media posts and exposing them to other platforms such as Google Business Profile.

I work as a brand ambassador for a basketball clothing company called BouncyHoops. I am super excited for this role in that it will expand my knowledge of social media and postings. It will also allow me to see and track the attraction I get from my postings.

I work hand in hand with Heidelberg’s marketing team learning how to edit videos, write articles, & promote activities on campus.
