Ten plus years of nursing experience in a variety of nursing settings including; home health, case management, corrections, telephonic, pediatric behavioral health, Skilled nursing, long term care nursing and most recently healthcare technology. Six of those years were spent in nursing leadership ranging from nursing supervisor to Director of nursing for a hospital system. Experiencing these different nursing settings, I have been able to develop diverse nursing skills. These skills include; conducting needs assessments, developing implementation plans and change initiatives, servant leadership, organizational and time management skills, and developing several trainings and education for multiple levels of care providers. I have also met many amazing people and leaders throughout my journey. Each of them have taught me ways to improve, challenge myself and deliver the best care, products and customer service I can. In the workplace I value challenges, honesty, authenticity and surrounding myself with a team who provides the highest quality service we can!
