Try to think of a company that has no logo nor brand identity. You can't, right? That's because art and design is everywhere! As an aspiring graphic design professional, I intend to fully commit myself to advocating for causes and companies that need advocating for. Everyone has their own story to tell, and I want to be there to help them tell that story.I was proudly born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and I am currently in my second year at Kent State University. I am majoring in Visual Communication Design with a minor in User Experience Design, and I intend to develop my skills in visual and interpersonal communications throughout my time at KSU. I currently have proficient experience in the Adobe Creative Suite as well as other physical art mediums. Much of my work is inspired by my interests in social issues and causes, most commonly environmental/animal rights and rights for underrepresented populations.In addition to my studies, I am also heavily involved on campus, being in the marching and pep band and working for the university's student-led newspaper. I also teach a first-year freshman orientation class and am a tour guide at the university, and it's through these leadership opportunities that I can tell my story in hopes that it inspires others!In my free time, you might find me putting together a massive LEGO set, doing some reportage sketching, playing board/video games with my close friends or hiking through the park and probably obsessing over animals, either wild ones or one of my own!
