As a Client Service Representative with Mihlfeld & Associates I am the key contact to support both clients and carriers and find resolution to issues. I work alongside Account Managers to create accurate and efficient reporting on all aspects of transportation costs and savings. In order to best assist our clients I am skilled in executing a number of procedures that touch within various departments of the company. Setting our clients up with web access and providing training on our applications is vital to keeping visibility open for all parties. I work to quote transportation charges and route shipments as well as schedule and track their movement. I handle pricing or payment issues and assure billing is allocated properly. Our main goal is to remain in constant communication both within the company and with our client to guarantee proficiency and excellence.
