The TAMU Rocket Engine Design Team (RED) is a student-led organization on the mission to design, manufacture, and test the first bipropellant (methane, LOx) pump-fed rocket engine at Texas A&M. In the process, we plan to produce various pressure-fed engines to test, learn, and improve upon leading up to our ultimate goal. As Director, I am responsible for overseeing the overall technical development of all aspects of the engine and its accompanying subsystems, leading the executive board of subsystem Responsible Engineers, and communicating with professional and academic advisers.

During my time with Firefly Aerospace, I directly supported development, qualification, and acceptance testing operations and infrastructure development for fluid components integrated onto Alpha first flight. Some of my responsibilities included data collection, writing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting instrumentation, and performing upgrades to testing fixtures as necessary. In addition to this, I was the Lead Test Engineer for the Acceptance Test of interstage secondary structures for Alpha first flight. I was also the Responsible Engineer for a complete redesign of a secondary structures testing fixture that will be implemented into use for Alpha second flight.

BUILD is a student organization at Texas A&M University that designs and constructs small medical clinics out of shipping containers. Completed clinics are shipped to rural communities all over the world in need of proper medical care. As a student supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing and teaching groups of student volunteers that help with construction throughout the semester. Some of my duties include teaching proper operation of power tools, delegating tasks, and encouraging a safe and enjoyable work environment.

Melfred Borzall is a heavy machinery manufacturing company that designs and produces tools used in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). While working here, I was able to develop and implement Lean Manufacturing processes through modifications to existing parts, operations, and CNC toolpaths ot improve speed and simplicity on the manufacturing floor. I also completed a few design projects including a lube application tool, a left-hand drive copper smelter bit, and design and construction plans for a marketing/sales truck.

I worked on the Research and Development Team for Jacks Transmissions that was responsible for analyzing various high performance transmission models and exploring modification possibilities to extend the capabilities of the company to more platforms. Most of the analysis was conducted through online research, deconstruction, prototyping and testing. I was also tasked with modifying, redesigning, modeling, and prototyping stock parts to improve performance and simplify technician's install.
