As a Project Engineer, I assist in managing the production flow of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning projects for multi-family and commercial construction projects. Due to my background in Mechanical Engineering, I understand the fundamentals of how the systems I am working with operate. This knowledge, combined with my attention to detail and the experience I have gained thus far, has allowed me to be successful in excelling the progress of projects and in solving problems as they arise. There are numerous responsibilities that I carry out, some of which are included below: -Composing product data submittals and reviewing them to ensure the mechanical, electrical, and structural data will suffice -Reviewing mechanical plans for the purpose of: • Ensuring that all notes on the schedule will be accounted for when ordering equipment • Defining the design changes that occur when a new set of plans is released • Confirming that the controls system details will properly integrate with the entire mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system -Writing Request For Information (RFI) documents to obtain answers to questions that arise in the field -Participating in coordination meetings with the general contractor, other subcontractors, and the Engineer on Record -Performing regular site visits and conducting field walks to resolve any outstanding items with the field team -Producing Change Order documents following any design change -Conducting precise equipment take-offs -Communicating with suppliers to obtain the best pricing for equipment -Analyzing financial data to ensure that we are meeting our budgets

• Perform regular inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for unmanned aircraft systems• Instructor for the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Certificate Program that is offered through UNLV’s Continuing Education department and administered by Praxis Aerospace Concepts International• Operations manager for an FAA designated UAS test site • Compose documents to be approved by the FAA for Special Airworthiness Certificates

• Instructing and demonstrating skills and abilities in gymnastics• Observe and spot athletes as they perform on the various apparatus• Demonstrate the ability to work with boys and girls of different ages and levels of talent• Setting up and safe-proofing the gym area• Developing dynamic lesson plans
