Behavioral Technician
CurrentManages various client caseloads and provides behavioral analysis techniques to clients during sessions. Demonstrates techniques in behavior adaptation and reduction, playing skills, functional communication, and constant rapport building. Completes SOAP notes and effectively communicates client needs and concerns to others. Responsible for the individual care, safety, and adaptive behaviors of each client within a seven-client caseload. Collaborates and communicates with colleagues, supervisors, and parents of clients to achieve the best interests of the clients.
