As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I am deeply committed to helping individuals with autism and developmental disorders reach their fullest potential. My passion is to see clients grow in their skills, maintain them over time, and ultimately graduate from ABA therapy equipped with the independence, self-advocacy, and communication skills they need to thrive in the real world while staying true to their interests and identities.I began my career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2020. Over nearly four years, I worked directly with clients across various settings, including schools, clinics, and homes. This hands-on experience has shaped my approach as a BCBA, where I prioritize assent-based practices, follow the child’s lead, and ensure that the skills learned in therapy can be applied to real-world environments.I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, providing a strong foundation for my work. In addition to my focus on client growth, I strive to empower caregivers with the tools and knowledge they need to support their child’s development. Throughout my career, I aim to continuously expand my scope of competence, staying at the forefront of best practices in ABA to better serve my clients and their families.
