As an engineering technology major at Western Illinois University, I have developed excellent problem-solving skills. I am very passionate about using my knowledge to better technology in real-world situations. I am a hands-on learner who wants to gain professional experience in engineering, and I am eager to improve technology. Through my education, I have received a background in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and design. I have gained communication, teamwork, and leadership skills through my multiple extracurriculars. I am currently the scholarship chair for Sigma Alpha, a professional agricultural sorority. I am also a member of the Collegiate Farm Bureau at Western. Along with this, I am working as a student assistant for the WIU Bookstore and the Scheduling and Event Services on campus.
