My current position allows for more analytical processes within Charlotte's growing company, Avidxchange. I assisted under the Managing Director of Naples Capital Group (a joint venture), marketing to potential lead investors for a large land development project in Titusville, Florida. I created an email marketing campaign for potential investors across the southeast region, put together follow-up marketing material for interested investors, assisted in creating contract agreements for investors, and helped build and put together presentation materials for cash flow forecasting.I also assisted in organizing detailed land development marketing material to contractors for residential-use and commerical-use real estate. Over half a million was raised from this joint venture.
