Current- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand up, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and discussions around team documentation, such as Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.- Collaborate with stakeholders and other departments, such as UX, products, engineering, and architecture.- Mentor, coach, and teach Scrum values and theory within the team and larger organization.- Identify areas for improvement and implement processes or procedures that align with the organization’s long and short-term goals.- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to organize and host department-wide educational and team-building events.
