- Conduct business and community calls with local company and member community leaders to learn how LADCO can better service local businesses, member communities, and identify areas of need, especially for real estate and workforce solutions - Develop and maintain a database of available industrial and commercial buildings and sites in the La Crosse area to be included in the LADCO newsletter, on the LADCO website, and on any other appropriate websites- Plan and execute LADCO’s Annual Meeting, the Industry Appreciation, and Economic Forum- Assist in completing various programs, projects, and tasks associated with the ORC Sheltered Friends Foundation (OSFF) including marketing and outreach, focus group meetings, grant writing, surveys, research, and communication to determine the supply and demand of people with disabilities wanting employment in the La Crosse area- Create and distribute the bi-weekly e-newsletter which acts as a liaison between LADCO and its members and partners

-Help organize and conduct business retention and expansion (BR&E) meetings-Maintain and update "Locate in Wisconsin" database and other real estate solution documents, reports, and marketing information-Help prepare and execute LADCO board and committee meetings including agendas, minutes, financial reports, and staff reports-Research area economic, demographic, workforce, real estate, and other data as directed-Assist with the preparation of materials including websites, social media posts, newsletters, mailings, and other items related to the promotion of the La Crosse area
