Responsible for the optimum performance of the Case IH & New Holland precision farming product portfolio in Australia. This role included reactive support to the dealer network along with proactive documentation, training and communications.ABOUT CNHCNH, part of Fiat Industrial, is a world leader in the agriculture machinery business which includes the New Holland, Case IH and Felxi-coil brands. CNH manufacture, sell and support the AFS Pro and PLM Intelliview products which focus on CNH machine integration. In addition to this, their core precision farming technology is sourced through an agreement with Trimble.

As product manager, I was responsible for all facets of the product from concept, planning, development and lifecycle. This was a multi-discipline role working with internal teams from sales, marketing, R&D - software and hardware, QA and operations. ABOUT Leica GeosystemsPart of the Hexagon Group of Sweden, Leica Geosystems is a multinational company specialising in a precision measurement technology. The agriculture division with headquarters in Brisbane, Australia, started in 2006 with the first product being released in 2009. Hexagon acquired Rinex Technology in 2008, merging the existing product portfolio and people with the Leica agriculture division.

As the product engineer, I was part of the engineering team where I was the main conduit to external groups including support, sales and customers. Tasks included requirements gathering, user interface design, testing, documentation and internal training to name a few.ABOUT Rinex TechnologyRinex Technology founded in 1995 to develop GPS applications for the agriculture market. Rinex was the industry leader developing hardware and software engineering solutions for the market. Rinex developed many worlds first products including real time yield maps, automated section control and real-time inter-vehicle communication. To be included under the Leica Geosystems name, Hexagon acquired Rinex Technology in 2008.

Provide product sales and field support in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, representing the company at exhibitions, demonstrating the product to prospective customers, quoting and closing sales.
