Bailey Curtis is a strategic communicator, marketer, and research professional with over four years of experience, known exceptionally for her expertise in defining the intersections of science and humanities. She finds joy in intentionally exploring the interplay between the two disciplines, actively fostering connections through her research efforts and written communication. In her current role, she spearheads strategic research projects for innovative technological leaders including AWS, Microsoft, and more.Leveraging both her creative and analytical talents, Bailey relies on data analysis, synthesis, and visualization to drive informed decisions across sales, product/service development, and marketing initiatives using tools such as Microsoft 365, Qualtrics, and Tableau. Her passion for applying her knowledge and unique experiences is fueled by a commitment to catalyze positive change and maximize organizational impact.Bailey also currently serves as a 4-H Program Assistant with AmeriCorps and Wisconsin 4-H. Drawing from her own experience in 4-H, she focuses on fostering youth development and highlighting the diverse opportunities 4-H offers to help cultivate leadership and lifelong learning through educational initiatives.Bailey holds a Master of Arts-Business: Arts and Creative Enterprise Leadership degree from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences Communication. In conjunction with her main studies, she obtained certificates (minors) in American Indian Studies, Business Management for the Agricultural and Life Sciences, Education and Educational Services, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership.As a multipotentialite, Bailey seamlessly merged her interest in written communication and cultural studies to publish her first essay, “The Fight Continues,” in the 11th Edition of Concepts, Conversations, Critique, which analyzed key Native American relationships in 2017, earning her a student writer award. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys curling, photography, sewing, crocheting, reading, training her Bernese Mountain Dog, and attending (Wisconsin) sporting events.
