Learn a little bit more about who I am through a highlight of my experiences and passions...EducationGraduated from UW-Madison in December 2023 with a B.S in Life Science Communication and Certificates in Global Health, Entrepreneurship, and Health Policy. SalesAfter taking courses through the LSC major, I started to realize my strengths in communication and persuasion. Through my work on client and academic projects, I was able to demonstrate my ability to be successful in creating and executing a product portfolio. I worked on projects through entrepreneurial and science lenses, which has broadened my perspective of approaching different marketing strategies. I developed a passion for investigating markets and using my skills to best approach a particular industry.After graduating, I began my developing my experience by stepping into a role as the Sales Intern for Team Naples - Arthrex. In this position, I was able to grow my knowledge within the medical device industry as a sales representative. Working with over 10 facilities in the Collier County territory, I was able to establish myself in specialties ranging from Sports Medicine, Extremities & Trauma, Endoscopy, Biologics, Arthroplasty, and more. Through this internship, I developed strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospital staff, and office personnel that allowed me to gain specific knowledge on the management of accounts while pursuing ~20 new opportunities for the team. Along with learning products and procedures in the field, I was exposed to the sales process through analyzing numbers and master spreadsheets to determine areas of growth and success. Most recently, I have joined Arthrex as the Agency Operations Analyst where I plan to continue contributing to the Naples Sales Team success.
