I've always loved children, and having the opportunity to make a brief difference in the lives of so many children has been awesome. My greatest accomplishment as a sub would be the fact that I got to encourage underprivileged youth and encourage them to strive for greatness. I was able to make learning fun for a lot of my students by incorporating online technologies such as kahoot, which also helped me to receive great feedback from their teachers on the retention of the things that were being taught.

Managing a office while also attending to patients teaches you how important time management is and how imperative it is to be a team player. My biggest takeaway from this position was learning how to be a team player, and how to work in an efficient but effective way. I learned how to take and give direction and also how to create systems in a work enviorment that help improve office productivity.
