I am a coach and serial entrepreneur known as a provocative thought leader. I blend philosophical insight and humour to explore serious topics with playfulness. My newest venture is Being In-Between: guidance for people navigating career transitions. Following my own major life transition prompted by concurrently leaving the organisation I founded and sustaining a serious injury, I questioned my sense of purpose and often felt lost, constrained and stuck, especially when people asked me: "What do you do?"I immersed myself in studying transitions: talking to people with career-ending injuries or non-traditional life paths; drawing lessons from psychology, philosophy, poetry, mythology, nature and other observations; seeking mentors who helped me make sense of my thoughts and feelings, and navigate the transition more smoothly. I documented everything I learned and shaped it into Being In-Between: the guidance I wish I'd had when I was feeling lost in my transition.As a facilitator and coach, I am known to be provocative and direct - with kindness and playfulness. I notice patterns and alternative perspectives quickly. Whether we work together one-to-one or in a group setting, I will hold space for you, be fully present for our conversations, share my knowledge and wisdom openly, and be your champion and cheerleader.Previously: For over a decade, I have held top leadership roles in the social impact sector. After graduating from Harvard and Cambridge universities, I founded two organisations (Spark Inside, UK and Venturing Out, USA), co-curated the London Hub of the World Economic Forum community of Global Shapers, advised Code4000 and delivered multiple TEDx talks, keynotes and lectures. I have been recognised for my entrepreneurial leadership as the youngest inductee into the JA Boston Business Hall of Fame; winner of the Women Economic Forum Iconic Innovative Trailblazer of the Decade and Global Good Fund fellowship; and a Women of the Future and McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders Award finalist.
