Perform supply and demand analysis, as well as inventory management across IBM Systems integrated supply chain. I manage collaborative teams in order to produce lucrative opportunities, while maintaining focus on business ecosystem objectives. Additional responsibilities include enhancing existing processes and systems, management and measurement of activities throughout the supply chain, training of system upgrades, logistics management, developing analytics, and collaborating with clients and key partners.

I worked with Dr. Stacey Fitzsimmons (Haworth College of Business - Department of Management) to conduct two research projects examining the relationship between multicultural employees' identity patterns, and their contributions to global business. A focus group study explored how organizational culture influences the roles multicultural employees adopt in the workplace, while a questionnaire study tested multicultural individuals' identity change over time. For the focus group project, I transcribed and edited fourteen (14) hours of focus group material in addition to conducting initial coding of all transcriptions. For the questionnaire project, I wrote a successful research ethics application for the Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR). I distributed online surveys and monitored submissions of individual responses, as well as administering payments to participants and keeping track of expenses. Research from these studies will be presented during the summer of 2012 at Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, and the International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology.

• Hired in March of 2010 as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer Co-op for American Axle & Manufacturing's AAM Manufacturing Systems. AAM Mfg. Systems is American Axle's Lean manufacturing initiatives team, implementing Lean opportunities throughout the organization.• Gained widespread knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies for use in production and logistics.• Trained new hire associates on the basics of Lean manufacturing and Just-in-time (JIT) by introducing Lean tools used throughout the facility. • Developed supply routes to increase Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) plant-wide.• Participated in individual Kaizen activities and projects. Projects were presented to the plant manager.• Worked alongside corporate engineers and departmental managers to update leveled schedule pull systems.
