As a Partner of Bidwells' award winning Planning team, I work across London, south east England, and the Cambridge-Oxford Arc. I have 14 years of experience of securing complex planning permissions for a diverse range of clients, from developers and institutions to private landowners and local authorities.I specialise in alternative uses, such as science and technology, commercial, and education, and I focus on urban environments and complex policy settings, including the Green Belt. I am passionate about delivering planning solutions that balance the needs of our clients, builds trust with communities, and the delivers environmental enhancement. This is not possible without building relationships with stakeholders of various kinds.I have been involved in several innovative and challenging projects, notable highlights include securing consent for:- Botanic Place, Cambridge for Pace Investment (now Railpen) - 200,000 sq.ft of commercial space in the setting of a Grade II* Registered Park and Garden- College of North West London, Brent for United Colleges Group - a new £140m FE college consolidating the College to a flagship address- 76-86 Turnmill Street, Islington - supporting the Local Government Association refurbish and extend a prime office asset- St. George's College, Weybridge - a 45,000 sq.ft Activity Centre for a leading independent school in a historic setting in Surrey's Green Belt
