Strengthen systems for programme quality, program cycle management, support internally to ensure robust programme delivery, reporting and working with development and humanitarian departments.Pproramme Cycle Management:• Developing, strengthening and streamline MEAL systems for programme management in IR India in line with IR global MEAL policies. • Support Programme team in fund raising including writing proposals, doing background research,etc. • Support to the programme teams in Partner management: phase out, new partnerships, extension, evaluation, etc. • Coordinate with programme team on planning, development, partnerships and any other requirement of Programme Management. • Support Programme Team in developing Programme Management Manual for IR India. Partners Management: • Manage & finalise the list of new partnerships and phase out partnerships, evaluation plan for phase out partners and monitoring of partners - partner management – extension, phase out, reviews etc. • Coordination with communications team with regard to providing information from programs team such as partner database, partner case studies for external communication. MEAL and Programme Quality • MIS development • Work with team to undertake evaluation studies for the programme portfolios. • Network and Represent IR India in professional meetings, conferences, technical advisory groups and seminars related to the advancement of M&E. • Prepare Monthly Reports, QPR (Quarterly Progress Reports) and annual output reporting sheet for IR India which captures the overall annual impact of the program

Conducting data analysis on outcomes using quantitative evaluation methods, in the context of both research and actionable insights into improving the program.Designing periodic qualitative assessments to draw insights from quantitative data. Linking qualitative and quantitative insights from data analysis. Preparing creative graphs and charts. Develop tools for data collection, monitoring and evaluation at various levels.

Maintaining various progammatic data such as Health(MCH), Livelihood, CEP, EducationCoordinating with various field-based program officials and staff membersProviding inputs to weekly, monthly and quarterly report on different aspectsDeveloping and preparing quantitative reports and analysis documents according to the requirement of the projectDevelop tools for data collection, monitoring, and evaluation at various levelsIT management, and resolving technical snagsUpdating the organization’s social media accounts across various platformsTraining field staffs on using MIS data entry sheets
