Roles & Responsibilities:  Working as a team leader to BCI team, promote better cotton farming in 4500 acre land with 1521 farmers in 11 villages of 3 mandals.  Document field level information and data management.  Strengthening BCI farmer’s capacities through Organizing CBO’s meetings & trainings on crop protection, Water, Soil, Habitat, Fiber quality and Decent work.  Conducting FFS to farmers and educate on Agro Eco System Analysis & IPM, INM, IDM.  Preparation of Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, weekly plans and MIS reports.  Providing technical assistance on cotton crop to Farmer, Field Staff through.  Liaison with different agencies and Govt Deportments.  Prepare budget plans and initiate activities (Physical & Financial).  Promotion of Farmers Producers Units.  Formation of village level committees and facilitate Cotton marketing linkages to CBO

 Formation of organic cotton growers associations, promote organic farming in cotton, paddy, vegetables.  Strengthening of CBO’s, regular savings, internal lending’s, initiate livelihood development activities, linkage with banks, cooperative and GOVT department.  Running of cooperative society in sustainable mode, created income generation activities.  Execute trainings on cropping system, soil fertility and pest control methods.  Cotton, Paddy and pulses marketing facilitation through CBO’s.  Allied activities: Child resource centers, Vocational training centers, Computer training centre, Purified drinking water plant, Organic Warehouse, Biomass and Vegetable Nursery.

Tangutur, Prakasham District, Ap

Worked as a NET Coordinator with Salt farmers & as a Community Organizer in APCBTMP in SARDS Organization at Tangutur, Prakasham District (02.12.2007 to 23.02.2009). Roles & Responsibilities:  Regularized group meetings, savings, internal loan lending’s, good bookkeeping system, linkage with banks and cooperative to salt farmer CRG’s (Common Resource Groups).  Facilitated CBO’s, formed cooperatives and initiated IGA activities.  Formed water user committees and trained them under APCBTMP project.

Gurazala Mandal, Guntur District, Ap

Worked as a Cluster Coordinator in Indira Kranthi Padham (30.01.2006 to 26.11.2007) and as a Master Book Keeper (MBK) (10.01.2003 to 29.12 2005) in VELUGU Project at Gurazala Mandala samaikya –Gurazala, Guntur District. Roles & Responsibilities:  Participatory Rural Appraisal was made in 6 villages.  Formed women self help groups, initiated regular meetings, savings, good book keeping, internal lending’s and linkage with banks.  Conducted training’s on SHG concepts, leadership roles & responsibilities to SHG’s.  Formed village organizations full filled statutory activities as per 1995 cooperate act.  Farmed village level committees and trained them on roles and responsibility.  Initiated income generated activities at SHG, village organization and Mandal samakya level and facilitated good loan policies, loan facilities and recovery systems.  Regularized village organizations, Mandala Samakya meetings.  Organize awareness programs on HIV/AIDS, Child labor.
