During a typical shift I direct my colleagues to move cars to where they are needed, answer customers' calls and respond to feedback. This position has taught me to envision long-term plans, to anticipate sudden events and change my planning.

As a Fleetoperator at Amber I was sent onto the (rail)roads to move Amber's electric cars from spots where they were redundant to where they were needed. My responsibilities were to get cars on location in time, clean these cars when necessary, keep an eye out for irregularities and represent Amber on the road.
