CurrentResponsible for reviewing and ensuring the required KYC regulatory requirements are met.Perform the required KYC screening on clients by documenting and corroborating the information obtained on the client as required by the KYC procedures.Complete KYC on-boarding for new and pre-exiting customers (KYC refresh) by reviewing client documentation.Review new customer accounts and verify their identities. Provide efficient and effective administration support to ensure accuracy of the functional area. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions. Resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
