I was hired to do a complete exterior renovation of a couple's home in order to revamp the house for them and their three children. I was in charge of demolition of the previous exterior, leveling and tier sculpting the land, excavation and relaying of many tons of dirt, construction and installation of an above ground pool, and a 270-degree wrap around, two-story exterior porch and fence structure. As an environmentally sound developer, i reused the previous installations materials where appropriate and allowable, as well as used only man power in the construction process (no heavy equipment or machinery, nor any gasoline powered tools). The job required a fair amount of design and logic principles, as well as collaboration with the designer and family as to what their needs were. After all: it was their custom product, their satisfaction was the key objective. My months spent on this project were a both a physical and mental challenge, however conducting such a large project developed both my managerial skills as well as appreciation for structure and order within a working dynamic. While working two different Masters Tournaments, i was responsible for transporting Golfers, Caddies, and Members, as well as their families, to various points on location at the Augusta National Golf Club property. I also worked as a valet for the Chairman's Annual Dinner, assisting his many distinguished guests.
