I entered the labor force at a young age of 15 years old at the end of my freshman year of high school. My first job was working full time as a lifeguard for Sweetwater Pool Management (Tucker, GA) during the summer of 2010. During the summer of 2012, I was promoted to the position of Head Lifeguard of the Richland community pool, Sweetwater Pool Management's 3rd largest contracted pool. The following summer (Summer 2013), I was promoted to the position of On-Site Manager of the Richland pool. Through the years of working with Sweetwater Pool Management, I gained skills such as working with customers to satisfy their needs, knowledge of pool water chemistry, communication with coworkers and superiors, preparing and managing work schedules for coworkers, knowledge and skills in first aid, CPR, AED, and aquatic rescues, and training/coaching lifeguards to improve their skills. I left Sweetwater Pool Management to focus on my education at Georgia Southern University.
