I have never had a job or worked for a company I did not like, this was a goal I had from since I was young. Work has never been a means to an end for me. People fascinate me and because of this I have gravitated towards sales from an early age and have worked as a Sale Professional since I entered the job market.My theory on sales and customer relations is simple:- Reputation means the world in sales, don’t lie, cheat, steal- Always value and be grateful for your customers - Listen to what your customers say, they will tell you exactly what they want- Always be transparent - Meet lots of people if nothing else you will hear a lot of interesting stories- Deal with the people you are truly interested in and who you are able to have a genuine relationship with do not force what is not there.- Always keep your contacts informed to what you are doing. - Only work for companies you believe in - Speak in terms of the customer - Selling has less to do with selling then most people think. Keep your customers and potential customers informed and they will buy if it makes sense for them. - Everyone is a potential customer treat them as such.
