• Led and supported M&A activities with the National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON), a spring 2016 acquisition, headquartered in Boulder, Colorado with 400 employees throughout the United States. Relocated to Boulder HQ to lead NEON HR team in daily operations and integration during initial 6-month integration phase (June to December 2016).• Partnered with senior leadership and collaborated across cross-functional groups, such as Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting & HR Technology, in integrating Battelle HR practices and policies. M&A projects included full benefits integration, job-role analysis & alignment, and onboarding of senior NEON managers and employees to Battelle entity. In partnership with the Vice President, led 2016 performance merit award initiatives, including development of new merit award tools.• Awarded 2016 Battelle Collaboration Award as key member of NEON M&A integration team. • Advanced from analyzing drug products for stability studies and clinical release products to directing teams of 5-7 chemists during pharmaceutical product testing projects.
