After 4 months as a Resourcer I was promoted to an Engagement Officer for Positive Outcomes, my job role included:-Cover the South West Region, targeting businesses selling the benefits of employing apprentices and government funded qualifications for existing staff. -Always achieve, as a minimum, the monthly targets for apprenticeship placements as set by the board of directors.-Generate new business through effective outbound telephone activities by ensuring that the company’s minimum standards are matched and exceeded. -Advertise vacancies on various platforms including social media.-Maintain existing business and maximise potential by carrying out regular client service calls and investigating opportunities during all contact. -Ensure that the companies safeguarding policy is always adhered to. -Carry out all relevant administration relating to all clients and learners.-Build and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders such as the national apprenticeship service, connexions officers, job centre plus and schools within my region.

As a legal Administrator for Countrywide Residential Lettings my role included:-Offer a range of landlord, tenant and property advice to managers and branches within the business. -Maintain and update records as changes are required accurately and in line with company procedures. -Compile written communication to clients and branches in a clear and comprehensive way. -Carry out confidential credit searches and referencing in line with company procedure. -Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

In this role I was responsible for the health and safety of over 100 members of staff across two sites. I ensured that the company always followed health and safety procedures and regulations and maintained a safe environment for all staff and visitors.My daily duties included:-Observe machinery in operation and carrying out risk assessments -Recognise training needs, delivering training and keeping records up to date-Organise a health and safety committee and holding monthly meetings -Address any health and safety issues that arise -Carry out weekly inspections of the whole site -Enforce health and safety rules and regulations within the working environment
