On January 1, 2013, the Network for Educational Opportunity (NEO), became the first scholarship organization to administer the NH Education Tax Credit Scholarships. We pioneered the NH program helping more than 205 New Hampshire children using scholarships worth $300,000. On January 1, 2016, Kate Baker, NEO’s Executive Director, became an employee of Children's Scholarship Fund.

Partnered with Vice-President of Sales to develop marketing and public relations strategies, conducted staff needs analysis, designed and directed sales training program.Led marketing activities of the organization, including complete company re-branding; vision, web and collateral creation, content creation, public relations, social media marketing and marketing ROI reporting.Implemented CRM, sales management analytic tools, department reporting and improved order fulfillment and customer service system.Developed department budgets and partnered with Vice-President of Finance and Administration in the financial management of the organization.

Partnered with executive director to develop and implement a strategy that resulted in growth of performing arts school to 1000 students. Responsible for financial management, accounting, payroll, budgets and reporting and collections. Interviewed candidates for employment, conducted staff / faculty mentoring and training (32 employees), recruited and managed hundreds of volunteers. Researched grant opportunities and wrote successful grant proposals, fostered relationships with partner nonprofits and donors. Designed programs, assessments and taught classes to hundreds of students generating increases in revenue every year. Planned and managed events including fundraising events, large scale theatre productions, and staff professional development workshops.

Clients including: property management, hotel, professional services, and biotechnology start-up. Developed budgets, accounting processes, managed cash flow and implemented cost controls.
